Isata Barrie, a native of Prince Georges County, Maryland, is a recent graduate of the prestigous North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. AGGIE PRIDE!! At A&T she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Marketing. Through her professional and collegiate experiences, she has developed her networking skills, ability to develop contracts, connect with multifunctional groups, and engage in community partnerships all while fostering her love for the Engineering field. This past Summer, she relocated to Atlanta to begin her career as a Materials and Process Engineer for Lockheed Martin. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, festivals, and indulging in new food ventures.  Isata is delighted to serve as the 2019-2020 Logistics Chair and can’t wait to fulfill the mission of the National Society of Black Engineers.
